We are located at 6636 Central Avenue Pike in Knoxville, Tennessee. Although our home base is in Knoxville, Tennessee, we ship worldwide, currently to all 50 states and over 37 countries.

Expoquip offers multiple freight options including several LTL companies along with UPS, FedEx, and DHL for smaller packages. We also offer ocean freight when needed. If you have a preferred freight forwarder, let us know! We’ll do our best to ship with them and get your parts to you as smoothly as possible.

Yes, we do. We have thousands of parts available in stock at all times.

Yes, we are able to get the parts that dealers do not have or parts that have been discontinued. 

Short-Block: Includes the engine block (the lower half of the engine), crankshaft, connecting rods, and pistons.

Long-Block: Adds the cylinder head, camshaft, and valvetrain components.

Complete Engine: Includes everything for a fully functional engine, including external components and accessories.

We offer both.

Exchange – Send us the old component and we’ll send you a fresh one in return.
Outright – If you don’t have an old component to send in, we’ll sell you the one you need outright.

Yes, we sell used parts and components. All our used parts are inspected and guaranteed to be in good, working condition. We offer used parts and components for thousands of earth-moving or heavy equipment makes and models.

Yes, we rebuild components for many different brands. You can learn more here. Our rebuilt components are shipped throughout the United States and abroad. We offer dyno testing (link to blog). This saves our customers money and downtime, and who doesn’t love that?

Delivery + Shipping

Yes, we deliver locally to Knoxville, Tennessee and the surrounding area.

Yes, we will ship to all 50 states in the United States.

Generally our items will ship out same-day, unless it’s an out-of-stock item. You’ll receive a notification when your item(s) ships.

Yes, we would be happy to dropship to any of your customers with any instructions that you provide. We respect your customer relationship. Yes, we accept all major credit cards.

Yes, with an approved application, we can extend up to Net 30 terms.

This depends on how soon your references respond. Once we receive those references, we’re able to process your application within two business days.

We accept all major credit cards, cash on delivery (COD), letter of credit, wire transfer, and PayPal. You can also open an account with us.

We only accepts payments in USD.

Warranty + Returns

Our return policy depends on the condition of the parts being returned.

Yes, we charge a 15% restocking fee for returned parts.

New – It depends on the part or component, but all of our parts carry a minimum of 6 months. Many parts and components will carry longer warranties. You will be informed of your part or component’s specific warranty at the time of purchase.

Used – All of our parts are guaranteed to be in good working order. Parts will be non-returnable after 30 days.

Rebuilt – It depends on the component, but we offer a minimum of 90 days warranty. If your specific component comes with a longer warranty time frame, you will be informed of this at the time of purchase.

These are factory specific. Your parts specialist would be happy to discuss this with you and answer any questions you may have.

CORE Returns + Criteria

Cores must be intact and returned within 30 days. Additionally, the freight should be pre-paid.
